This is an area where willing volunteers can start a chat for our online chat agents to accept.  It is a key part of awareness training, enabling agents to become familiar with the Tawk-To chat system.

When you start a chat (using the icon in the lower right of this screen) please add “Test” before a name.  For example, “Test John”.  That way it will be easy for us to remove the chats from our records afterwards.
